Safety Warnings
High voltage warning
This battery pack operates at nominal 48 V DC (higher when fully charged). Risk of electric shock. Do not open, crush, puncture, or short-circuit. Only qualified personnel may service high-voltage components.
Fire handling instruction
If the battery heats, vents gas, or catches fire: evacuate the area, use a Class D or ABC dry-powder extinguisher suitable for lithium-ion fires, and never use water on a burning cell. Call emergency services.
PPE required
Insulated gloves Safety goggles Voltage-rated footwear Flame-resistant clothing
Dismantling warning
Removing or replacing cells requires specialist tooling and an ESD-safe workspace. Incorrect disassembly may cause thermal runaway. Removable pack may only be swapped by authorized service points.
Dismantling Information
Dismantling required tools
Torx driver set Insulated spanners ESD wrist strap Cell voltage meter
Disposal instruction
Return end-of-life batteries to an authorized collection point. Do not dispose in household waste (EU Battery Regulation).
Recycling instruction
Cobalt, lithium, copper, and aluminium are recovered via an approved Li-ion recycling facility. Contact the manufacturer for take-back options.
Storage & Transport
Storage condition
Store at 10–25 °C, 30–50% state of charge, in a dry location away from direct sunlight. IP65 rated pack — avoid prolonged immersion in water.
Transport condition
UN 38.3 compliant for light electric vehicle applications. Secure the pack during transit and follow applicable Class 9 dangerous goods rules.
